I have been a regular here for some time now and I absolutely love their food and the ambiance of the place, now not every place is perfect so the only minor changes I would make would be training for the staff (not terrible), plating decor and I would update the restroom. The food! Outrageous and beautiful. Tasted beautiful - ate grits off of my friends plate! The biscuits are wonderful - Brussels sprouts app was amazing. Dessert excellent as well

I have been a huge fan of this chain since their first location in College Park, MD opened. My friend and I stopped by this past Friday. We were seated immediately. We ordered the chicken & sweet potato waffles and the pan seared salmon & grits. I am not a fan of grits, but they do it right here. It was probably the cheese and cajun cream sauce in the grits that did it for me. The salmon and wings were cooked perfectly. Textures were on point here. The sweet potato waffle with the hot brown butter caramel and a bite of the fresh off the fryer chicken was delicious. The portion sizes were fair. We loved both dishes so much there was nothing left. When you enter the restaurant theres a warm cozy feel to it. High ceilings, host at the front and ordering station in the back. This location also does pick up orders. They have seating for small to large party sizes. I loved how much bright the restaurant was and theres plenty of seating between tables. Highly recommend Milk & Honey if you're craving some quality southern cuisine!

We had an amazing breakfast here! Now I must admit that we thought the menu items were a little pricy $$ upon first glance for breakfast however.... our friendly and attentive service received from Chaz, Earl and the sweet cashier along with everything we ordered was worth every penny! The decor, atmosphere and music was an entire vibe. The eggs were cheesy and fluffy. The wings were fried just right. We ordered 2 flavors; I think the lemon pepper and the hot ones. Both were good. The sweet potato waffles were delicious and flavorful as well. Parking was available and plentiful in the shopping plaza. Highly recommended. We came and enjoyed.

This is a really nice restaurant. As for it being "southern," can't scream that at the top of my lungs. If so it's a more expensive comfort food place, and I certainly do love the catfish and grits. The chicken and biscuits are divine. That's my usual go to, and I'm quite content with this. It's epically delicious. Their menu is smal but each appetizer and entree is above average. Service is as well. I like the employees here. All are very friendly and professional. Seating is comfortable as well. This is a nice addition to the city of Fairfax. I like to dine here quite frequently, and my only issue is that they are really expensive. Inflation is real, but the hole in the wallet does add up. That being said I'm rather fond of this place, so it gets four stars for its delicious food and great service!
